Terms of Service

Welcome to Sequence Lab. By downloading, installing, or using the Sequence Lab mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Sequence Lab provides golf swing analysis, coaching tools, practice planning, and communication features. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. User Accounts

To access the App's features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (videos, photos, messages). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the App's services (e.g., swing analysis, coach-client communication). We will not use your content for unrelated purposes without your consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

5. Coach-Client Relationship

The App facilitates connections between golf coaches and clients. Sequence Lab is a technology platform and does not provide coaching services directly. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of coaching provided through the App.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store's policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Sequence Lab and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be perfectly accurate. Swing analysis is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sequence Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss of data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
